We used Cintas to supply uniforms for our medical practice. A few years into a 5 year contract we noticed that our bills had tripled.
Upon review and without notice Cintas did not honor their pricing rather they had been gouging us almost from the beginning. We called and canceled the service but the wanted 12k for a buyout of the remainder of the contract. They sued us, we hired an attorney and levied a counter suit and won. Beware @CintasCorp 5 yr uniform contract is dishonest.
Prices increased w/o notice, try to cancel, they will sue you. #saynotoCintas.
No support for SSRs poor Management
I worked for Cintas and we are all ways short on product. Short on mats, toilet paper, Terry towels, approns, soap, heavy scrub, etc.
I had to leave because it was about the bottom dollar with them. Management was more worried about numbers for Cintas than customer service and what there bonus was going to be each quarter. Worked there for 2 years. They all ways wanted you to sell sell sell.
SSRs have a lot of pressure to get everything done without any support from management.
You have more stops than one person can handle per day. You are expected to complete each stop without promlems.

Don't Sign Electronic invoice
Horrible! Multiple instances of improper billing and overcharging.
Management's reply after a month of calling, "You signed it" Electronic invoices without any totals or details signed to start work or give an estimate and turned into a bill for over $1000 to recharge 9 fire extinguishers. I could have bought twice as many new ones for half that amount. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CINTAS!!!! Also, charged hundreds of dollars per week to clean 2 bathrooms that 90% of the time didn't get cleaned.
And now they bought out the uniform vendor we use.
There is sure to be an issue there as well. There are other reputable companies that offer better service and pricing.

10/26/2017 Yup Dealing with them and an attorney now. The last time they were out, the parts guy signed the doc for delivery which ended up being a contract.
Now they are telling me I owe them around $22k for loss of income. Well with all the complaints and lawsuits from the deep pocketed Cintas. I am not giving them a dime. They were in breach of contract when the Safe washer was broken and they refused to do anything.
That went on for months. So here I am already a pro dealing with Cintas. The last company was an auto repair company. They told me I needed to sign something when they came out.
I looked at them when I saw the contract. I said are you nuts... I dont sign anything. This was all on video with audio.
There sales rep said it was for the delivery of supplies, not an actual contract... I gave it to my attorney at the time and the judge. They paid my attorney fees. So now again another company have to deal with them yet again...
Note to all: Cintas has and will always be a scam company. They only people that make out is Cintas and there attorney that is on retainer. In the instance you do sign a contract with them. Always read the fine print and make sure you are the only person that can make any decisions for your company...
Each time they come out make sure everything that is on the invoice they are replacing or changing. You have to watch them like a hawk.
BTW just looked at the BBB rating and of course its an F -- Fail.. I wish everyone luck dealing with the scam of Cintas.
Cintas is a rip-off
I worked for Cintas in Knoxville tn. I watched time and time again when they would charge customers for services that wasn’t done, and when I said something about it I was told that the customer would never know and to not say anything about it.
The Hr manager blows everything off when you tell her anything or says I’ll get back with you about it and never does.
The new GM is in over his head and thinks it’s Fine to rip off customers and employees. If you have a sales partner with the name Grant run him off he is the biggest liar that works Cintas

Cintas is trying to rip us off
After raising the weekly rates back in June of 2017 by $20.00 per week for three employees we quit them. they picked up there uniforms and informed us that 2 of the employees uniforms where bad.
We paid for um . Now 3 months later they said we were short a weeks worth of uniforms.. but there delivery guy Anthony signed off on all uniforms. Cintas now says that they did pick up the uniforms in question..but they claimed they were bad and those particular uniforms were recently replaced except the 2 we'd paid for.
Now they send us a bill for $394.20 for the supposedly bad uniforms... Which we requested the BAD uniforms back and we'd pay There Stinking bill. which they never responded and now have turned it over to Altus a collection company.
WHAT EVER HAPPEN TO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be turning the over to our attorney this week!

Very Aggressive Driver
On Thurs Aug 24 we were headed S on NJ530 having left McGuire AFB and returning home. 530 intersects with NJ70 which runs E-W, there is a full stop sign at this intersection.
To head east you would be closest to the center line of the road to turn left onto 70. If you are in the right lane you would be turning R and heading west. One of your drivers who had been following us very closely, got into the R lane, we were in the left lane with the turn signal on to turn left. There was a good amount of traffic in both directions so we had to wait for an opening.
Your driver kept edging up closer to the intersection and blocking our view of traffic heading east, if we moved up so did he. He also turned on his signal to turn left onto a two lane road (one lane in each direction). Obviously he was trying to make the turn ahead of us, it was 4:50pm and I guess he was off at 5pm and in a hurry. We were able to make our turn, although not safely.
My husband chose to obey the speed limit of 55, waiting for your driver to pass so we could get his vehicle #. He edged out several times but there was a lot of traffic heading west bound so he had to wait. He finally was able to pass and really floored the accelerator and had to brake hard to avoid the car that was now in front of him. We caught up with him at the stoplight at NJ70 & NJ539, we turned R to head south and he continued straight toward Toms River.
If you plan to keep this driver he really needs to be retrained on traffic safety, he was aggressive, rude and way over the speed limit. If there had been a cop around he probably would have been written several violations (my husband teaches driver safety for Ocean County, NJ). The vehicle # is 209467 and the van had PA plates ZJY9063. The time was 4:50-5pm on Thursday Aug 24th.
I certainly hope you take this complaint seriously, that road is terrible for traffic accidents and your driver certainly could have caused one.

I saw someone recommend a opening job posting at Asian market. it's said, need hiring five women to work.
it's a very easy job to do. All you do just hanger garment everyday . If your work good and fast they will paid you up to $13.00 a hours. Now $10.25 a hours.
I was very interesting about the job and get a phone call to asked?" where are the location and is the job temporary? He told me not a temporary job but if i go online to apply . He told me i have more change to get hiring if i go thought the company. there was 3 parts of interview so i didn't know about it .
Then a week later somebody call me to get an a job interview. so then i passed the interview question for step one . 1 week later on is my first day of trial day to see if i like it. then i got another interview again for 3 times.
but when i got the job i don't like it very much but the people asking me to much question how i am doing. I have been working there about 2 months but i still training to approve my goal. they want me to work fast like other. I don't think this is in school so not guarantee that i be able to work fast.
This is not easy job to work . I hated standing all day long. i hurt my foots everyday. but it was a very good place to work because the facility is very nice and clean safe working environments.
People greeting your very nice, welcome you and shake your hand all the times.
Something that i don't like about cintas is the vacation it's hard to take a day off. or terrier way you can call sick for a day off.

I had same problem. They increase their price a few dollars every few weeks.
By the end of a year, price doubled. Sales rep told me that I can cancel anytime, but when I tried, they show me a 5 years contract.
Company is a disgrace to the world of servicing others there were multiple things done behind customer backs they were only worried about sharpening their dollar didn't care about there illpeople one bit
Sounds like a greasy, slimy way to run things.
They'll kill their business at this rate.
