Cintas - Class action lawsuit

Has anyone thought of doing a class action lawsuit to at least make the contract clear? You sign at the bottom of the page but agree to everything on the back? Who does that? When you sign a contract for a car, house, etc you sign EVERYWHERE showing you agree to ALL terms. How is what cintas is doing legal?
