Billing for deliveries never made. Not honoring prices on contracts. Customer service is the worst. Won't return calls, no one ever answered their phone always voicemail. That way they don't have to talk to you. I will never do business with this company again.

Constant up sales!Increased invoices for no reason, if not monitored monthly!Hidden multiple year "Contracts" or "Agreements" sent inside an invoice! Must monitor monthly! DON'T SIGN any electronic devise they ask you to!Multiple divisions that don't interact. No one source customer service!Never set it and forget it service.

One of the cintas trucks almost ran me off the road

Yesterday (3/10/21) around 8:50 am I was on my way to work. I was entering IH 35 and there was a Cintas truck driving fast in the slow lane. I made it on the road in front of them and they decided to drive faster so they can cut in front of me almost sideswiping me off the road. I honked my horn for at least 3 seconds. They spend off in front of me. I'm guessing so I would not see their license plate. We both got off at they next exit. This is how I normally get to work. The driver got back on the freeway going even faster. The drivers should really enforce safety guidelines.

Horrible service

I've been working with Honda for 4 months and still have yet to get my uniforms. We are given 1 loaner uniform that has to be washed every day. I've inquired the whereabouts of my uniform, and they were not even ordered and my name was not even on the order list. 2 wells later after inquiry, still no uniforms and I do not have time to wait in line for an hour to keep on their tails about their job. This is absurd.

Your west allis drivers are horrible

I work for a restaurant. 2 of your drivers came through our drive through at full speed and almost hit me purposely. Their attitudes after the situation was even worse. Usually every interaction we have always ends in slamming things, being rude to employees, and I am honestly surprised they still have their jobs. But when you're a danger in a vehicle, you should definitely consider who you're hiring for your company.

They autorenewed my contract during the pandemic

I have been informing Cintas on my intent to cancel services with them and they Auto-renewed my contract during the pandemic even after requesting the service manager get in touch with me prior. They purposefully sent emails to the wrong email address I assume to avoid reminding me to send them a certified letter cancelling services.

Awful Service !!

Turn in uniforms you should get some back weekly. I turned in 5 sets last week, I have 2 shirts returned. I have only one set left to last until next Wednesday. How can a business stay alive doing practices like this. I haven't found one good review of this company anywhere. Calling to them is useless, they don't care.

Annoyed employee

I see a lot of people complaining about customer service representatives failing to pull their weight. While everyone is entitled to how they feel, we are truly left in the dark just as much as the customer more times than not. A lot of these reviews are CORRECT in stating that Cintas is a shady business. But please try to be mindful of those at the bottom of the totem pole who are merely trying to make a living for their family. Do you genuinely think calling into customer service and mother****ing someone who makes $16 is rectification for you signing a bogus contract? No. Do you think screaming at your driver for not having your toilet paper even though there are LOADERS/UNLOADERS who are supposed to do that will get you your TP any quicker? No. Would you scream at your waitress if your food came out with lettuce on it when you specifically asked for it without? You would mention it to her, but would also take into consideration she isn't the one physically handling your food. Don't harass the voice/face of a billion dollar business, it's tacky and that's not what they're there for. Cintas treats its employees like its customer- $h!TTY. I've cried after speaking with customers on the phone because I have to enforce wicked policies that I don't agree with. I have spoken with my supervisor about improperly charging customers and they always respond "Not your problem to worry about." Not sure where I'm going with this rant, but please just be mindful who you take your rage out on. Ask to speak to the service or general manager for that. Hope anyone that took the time to read this stays safe and healthy!

Had a delivery today. My regular uniform delivery man was prompt and fantastic as usual. However, he was dripping in sweat. All over the uniforms all over everything. This complaint is not about him. I was floored when I discovered that majority of your vehicles/vans that are used do not have a working air conditioner! That is totally BARARIC, what a horrible way to treat your employees. Especially living in such a hot climate such as Southern California. Having sweated all over our items I am not confident in using your services. We are a restaurant and it is totally unsanitary ESPECIALLY during this covid epidemic.

This is the worst place ive ever worked for. They are very very i mean very racist.

The front office ppl treat the plant workers like pathetic dogs. They are very inconsiderate of employees and they families. The warehouse partners cant go up front where the front office ppl work. The front office ppl can not shall not deal with/ party with the warehouse workers.

They look down on the plant workers. Make you feel like crap. Over work under paid. So the bigger ppl can look good and get bonuses but the ones that actually put the work in get nothing.

The uniforms are not washed before sending out to customers. They are very nasty. Maggot infested. Sour mildew clothes and they still send it out with out being washed.

I was a garment inspector so i know the operation. I wouldnt allow a person i hate order anything from this company. Its the worst place ive ever wasted my time for.

Disgusting very racist Inconsiderate of others mean hateful low down nasty Under paid overworked company in the USA. If anyone read this review please please tell anyone you know to never deal with this company.
