Worst company we have ever deal with, they initiate services without a signed contract or permission, then bill, then refuse to credit their bill. The left a rug in our office and told us it was free sample, then started billing for it.

Constant issues with service delivery, our office spends 2 hours each week auditing their invoices and disputing wrong charges, and filling our missing uniform reports. We are stuck in a 5 year contract (sales person said 2) and were told that getting out of contract would cost over $50,000 I know many businesses that are in court for non-payment of their predatory contract, Cintas will seek judgement against your firm for the full value of the contract (5 years out). Their legal team has even called my personal phone and harassed me to take down these reviews!

Why is there no class action lawsuit out there? Cintas also raised our rates without notifying us in writing, when we called them they said it was written on one of the invoices.

Reason of review: Fraud .

Monetary Loss: $25000.

Preferred solution: Allow cancelling of agreement per your pricing increase clause that was not communicated without a $50,000 judgement, we have less than $1000 worth of garnments.

Location: 2707 Smithfield Rd, Portsmouth, VA 23702, USA

I am STUCK in a 5 year contract that I thought was 2. Since the beginning of service, NOTHING BUT ISSUE AFTER ISSUE AFTER ISSSSSUE!

They all have a QandA sheet they read off to reply to any complaint. The worst busainess we have ever dealt with. They must train their people how to be crooks.

Please, never use Cintas no matter what. YOU WILL BE SORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY

Thank you so much for the sound advice, should have proceeded to do this before. At this point we have lowered what we ordered to their minimum of $50.00 per month. However others in this area and other Cintas companies need to file complaints with the Attorney General over their business practices, we have not gotten around to that yet.

They will also use local legal to try and collect what they think they are owed. This is another scare tactic. Just follow the terms on the 2nd page of the agreement and make sure you return everything you have once you fire them.

If you have documentation then it is fairly easy to get out of the contract. You have to put in some work though.

You have to send a certified letter with your documentation. In their contract is something called a "service guaranty". Then there is a clause that tells you if they are not fulfilling the service guaranty, you need to send a certified letter with your complaints, and give them a reasonable amount of time to fix the issues. Usually 30 days.

You need to state the terms in the letter. If they don't fix it, send another certified letter firing them. Their service people will try to scare the *** out of you during this process saying they will sue you and everything. That's what they are taught FUD-fear, uncertainty, and doubt.

But if you are following the steps laid out in your service agreement, you can absolutely fire them. Hope it helps.
