Re-accruing issues again
Hello. This is Greg again from J and S machine and valve Houston Texas.
We are having issues again with me missing clothing after a cintas employee picks them up. The issue seems to be with my clothes only before I wasnt sure but now I am. I have had clothes that I put notes on that they were torn and had to be repaired or re-ordered and the Cintas employee thats job is to pick up and order clothes said he would take care of it and 3 times he hasnt. I took pictures and wrote down notes hoping this wouldnt keep happing and it still does.
Now he didnt even how up at all this week another new Cintas employee showed up Thursday and just picked up dirty clothes no dirty rags and didnt replenish or drop off anything. Is there anything yall can do to change the work ethic or rotate employees to another location to see if service is better?
