I was a long time employee for the fire protection division, I got to see how bad Cintas abused their employees and how much the customer got defrauded with bogus charges. They are very dishonest and will do whatever it takes to make the numbers, from charging the customer for parts that didn't get installed to tripling the cost of parts to make up for bad sale quotes. Employment law violations are common (currently under investigation from DOL), they push safety meeting after safety meeting but when real safety issues come up during a project nobody wants to hear about it since it affects their profit, in other words they just want the signature from the employees to comply with OSHA and to get a better rate from their insurance company.

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Cintas. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.

I agree 150%.Overcharge customers.

Overwork there employees. Say one thing and do another. They offer no training for certain depts. There all about getting certificates even though most have never done the actual work.

Some managers will abuse the employees work load just to make numbers.

The office personal that are good at there job are pushed aside.This is not a real fire protection company.
